1. Purpose of collection and usage of personal information

1) A minimum amount of personal information is required to use the Hamchi program. 
2) Personal information will not be utilized except for the purpose of using the program.

2. Items of personal information to be collected

1) Personal information items: ID / Password / Nickname / Gender / Age group
2) Collecting method: When joining as a member of the Hamchi app
3) Period of retention and usage of personal information
- Personal information will be deleted within 1 month after the user withdraws (user suspension). 
  When requesting immediate deletion, please leave your deleting ID to contact@pockethealing.com.
- In case that you lost your own ID, we are not responsible for this, recommending you to register a new ID. 
- The content of the group consultation in progress will be deleted as soon as the room opener deletes the room, and cannot be restored. 

3. Contents on the fact that you have the right to refuse consent and the disadvantages caused by refusal of the consent

- You can refuse consent when joining as a member, but unless you agree to it, you cannot use the program. 

4. Proposal

- In case that improvement is necessary in relation to personal information between program usage, if you leave a message to contact@pockethealing.com, we will take action on it after checking.
